How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. After you receive your tracking number, our standard shipping time is 5-15 business days. Some of our products are uncommon, and may take slightly longer.

Why is my tracking number not found in the system?

This means your item may currently be in international transit and USPS or other carrier has not received it yet. Don't worry, the tracking number should update within 5-15 business days with transit and delivery information!

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on most items. Any order $75 and up will have free shipping. However, certain items like skincare or supplement products have a flat rate weight-based shipping fee. For these items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For more information see our Shipping Policy.

What is your return/refund policy?

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We can issue refunds for broken, lost in shipment, or defective items, but there is no guaranteed return because we rely on our suppliers to also approve the requested return. In cases of damage, a photo of the product in damaged condition must be submitted to support@serenivibe.life to complete the return request. We do not issue refunds or accept returns before the delivered date. 

What items cannot be returned?

Any nutritional supplements, food, or skincare soaps, facial creams, serums, and moisturizers. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

How do I request a return?

Submitting a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason, add a note and picture for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions, fee, and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Shop pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and most major debit/credit card networks like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I cancel an order?

Email support@serenivibe.life with your cancellation request. Be sure to specify which items you would like to cancel and why.
